Zun\u00e4chst ging es in die Interior Academy ganz in der N\u00e4he vom Blue Kitchen. Hier werden Kinder bis zur Oberschule unterrichtet. Das besondere an dieser Schule ist, dass hier auch Kinder mit Behinderungen unterrichtet werden. Normalerweise gibt es in Gambia keine M\u00f6glichkeit, Kinder mit Behinderungen auf eine Schule schicken zu k\u00f6nnen. F\u00fcr diese Kids ist also der Weg in die Armut vorgezeichnet. An dieser Schule aber wird ihnen eine M\u00f6glichkeit gegeben ihre Zukunft selbst zubestimmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Danach ging es in die DBO-eigene LKW-Werkstatt. Hier werden Fahrzeuge aller Art repariert und junge Menschen zum KFZ-Mechaniker ausgebildet. Bei erfolgreichem Abschluss gibt es einen Werkzeugkoffer als Start ins neue Berufsleben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daneben gibt es noch eine Schreiner-Ausbildungswerkstatt und seit ein paar Jahren eine B\u00e4ckerei, die auch Schwarzbrot und andere deutsche Leckereien anbietet und ebenfalls Lehrlinge ausbildet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am Abend fand dann die Welcome-Party oder auch Abschlussparty der Rallye im Blue Kitchen statt. Bei Freibier und einem leckeren Buffett wurden die letzten Wochen nochmal res\u00fcmiert. Nat\u00fcrlich gab es auch wieder ein paar Preise, in Form von geschnitzten Holztafeln. Zwei davon gingen an unser Team, n\u00e4mlich Alex und Thomas, in Form des goldenen Schraubenschl\u00fcssels f\u00fcr ihre Leistungen und Hilfen bei den kleinen und gro\u00dfen Wehwehchen der Rallyefahrzeuge bei der Tour. Ein weiterer goldener Schraubenschl\u00fcssel ging an Mario von unserem befreundeten Team &#8222;Die linke und die rechte Hand des Teufels&#8220;. Starke Leistung Jungs!!! Daneben gab es noch zwei weitere Preise, einmal den Durchhaltepreis f\u00fcr die drei Teams, die aus Agadir der kompletten Rallye bis Nouakchott mit einer Woche Verz\u00f6gerung nachgeeilt war und zum zweiten den Teampreis f\u00fcr drei weitere Teams (\u201eW\u00fcstenfr\u00f6sche\u201c, \u201eGrazy Frogs\u201c, \u201eFrogpower\u201c und \u201eFennek\u201c).
